You can log into your digital Library account by clicking the 'Login' button in the top right corner of the page next to a lock. How you log into your account will be different depending on if you are a Student, Parent/Guardian or a Staff Member.
Login for Students
If you are a Student, you can log into your account to view your borrowed, overdue and lost books as well as to reserve titles. To do so, you will need to enter your full Provincial Student ID number as the username and your first name in lowercase as the password. Your Student ID is part of your GNSPES email address and your first name will be what is in PowerSchool.
Login for Parents and Guardians
If you are a Parent or Guardian, you can log into your child's account to view their borrowed, overdue and lost books. To do so, you will need to enter your child's full Provincial Student ID number as the username and their first name in lowercase as the password.
Login for School Staff
If you are part of the School Staff, you can log into your account to view your borrowed, overdue and lost books as well as to reserve titles. To do so, you will need to enter your Staff ID number as the username and the temporary password that was included in the instructions given to you with your Library Card as your account password. If you did not receive a Library Card, or you need a replacement card, please contact the Library.

If you are part of the School Staff, be sure to check out the HRCE Teacher Resource Centre as they have tons of resources for professional development, lesson planning and more.
This Online Public Access Catalogue will be frequently updated with new information regarding the Library and its collections, our community and ongoing or upcoming events, and useful information and resources available digitally so be sure to check back often! Students and Staff can use the Self-Checkout and Book Drop to return and borrow items when the Librarian is out.
